No. Travel is included within our standard service area across Redditch, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas. If you're located further afield, please get in touch for a personalised quote.
Yes. Where appropriate, multiple procedures can be carried out during the same visit. Additional services may be available at a reduced rate when combined with an existing appointment.
Where availability allows, evening and weekend appointments may be available. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Your pet's wellbeing always comes first. If we feel your pet requires veterinary examination, treatment or further investigation, we'll advise you accordingly and can communicate directly with your veterinary practice where appropriate.
For pet sitting, a free meet and greet allows us to discuss your pet's routine, needs and preferences before any booking takes place.
