COVID-19

Our guidelines

There are a few things we need to do in order to protect our customers and MyVetNurse staff. 

​

  • During home visits, we ask that there is only one other person in the room where the animal is being treated, and that a 2m distance is maintained where practically possible

  • Our staff will be wearing a mask, and we would kindly ask that our customers also wear a mask. This protects us and you.

  • If for any reason you are not able to wear a mask due to an exemption, then we would ask that social distancing is strictly adhered to

These measures are in place to protect both parties and help prevent further spread of the virus.
